ABOUT
My name is Anna Banizs, founder and designer of the BANIZS brand. I graduated as clothing designer from the Danish Erhvervsakademi SydVest, majoring in Fashion Design and Business. During the study years, I had the opportunity to work with different materials, that is how I came across leathercraft, which became an essential element of most of my subsequent projects.
The idea of the first BANIZS collection was born in Denmark and then actualized in Hungary. I have always been obsessed with music. Already as a kid, I was impressed by the extravagant appearance of musicians and the way they used fashion to express themselves on stage. The bold dresses they wore, inspired me to design leather products that are suitable for everyday wear yet attention-grabbing pieces. They can be worn at concerts and events, but even as an accessory to business attire. These products give an exciting look to even simpler tailored garments as well.
All work processes: cutting, dyeing, assembling metal accessories, sewing, and surface treatment are also done by hand. Therefore, the end result is unique.

Banizs Anna vagyok, a BANIZS márka alapítója és tervezője. Divattervezés és üzleti szakon ruhatervezőként diplomáztam a dániai Erhvervsakademi SydVest iskolájában. Az egyetemi évek alatt lehetőségem volt különböző anyagokkal foglalkozni, így találkoztam a bőr megmunkálásával is, amihez újra és újra visszatértem.
A BANIZS márka első kollekciójának ötlete is Dániában született, majd Magyarországon valósult meg. Már gyerekként megszállottja voltam a zenének, és mindig lenyűgözött a zenészek extravagáns megjelenése, amivel a stílusukat fejezték ki a színpadon. Az általuk viselt merész ruhák inspiráltak olyan bőr termékek tervezésére, melyek letisztult, de mégis figyelemfelkeltő darabok. Viselhetők koncerteken, rendezvényeken, ugyanakkor üzleti öltözék kiegészítőjeként is. Kialakításukkal az egyszerűbb szabású ruhadarabokat is izgalmassá teszik.
Minden munkafolyamat: a szabás, festés, fémkellékek szerelése, varrás, és a felületkezelés is kézzel történik. Ezért a végeredmény egyedülálló.
